Crossed in C-41. Converted to B&W and toned in PS.

Originally a much larger shot spread across 4 negatives, but the image was sliced in half at the developers. Scanning them to the same consistency has proven troublesome, but I'm endeavouring to produce the full-scale shot at some point soon.
In the meantime, this is half of the image, and even though it was sliced, I still quite like it.
EDIT: Thank you very, very much indeed to everyone who has added this shot to their 's since it was featured as a DD. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, the sheer volume of messages, and the system thinking I'm spamming when I try and post thanks on peoples pages, I'm not going to be able to thank you all in kind as I would've liked. The 's don't go unappreciated though, so thank you once again.

Holga 62 by =Valimar is a truely experimental piece when it comes to camera, film, development and digital post-work. The result is a very amospheric piece of art. (Featured by `Staged)

I think it was because they were so intent on fitting it into a sleeve that held all the negs. It might be done automatically by a machine, but I think I'll have to leave special instructions next time. For a professional place, it's disappointing.

i like the effect of the processing. adds to the mistiness of the scene.
the holga continues to astound me. i can't even believe that the same camera that gives me light leaks and out-of-focus everything also gives me shots like this.
you can tell them not to put the negs in a sleeve: it helps to be there the moment it comes out of the machine, as well. OR you could develop the C-41 yourself. it's a pain most of the time, but the process doesn't take as long as D-76 types.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

Oh, I do have one question. Where do you get the 120 film developed? Do regular pharmacies do that kind of film?
