Beautiful capture of a lovely location. A full view is definitely a must to get the full effect of the details in this image. The toning adds a lot to the image, and your use of a polarizer makes a dramatic scene even more dramatic. Well done!

Beautiful shot! Is it low tide or just a a filter? Looks as though the water has retreated.

Yup, low tide.

The coastline here becomes really exposed at low tide, but it can also be a dangerous area if you venture out too far, as when the tide comes in, it approaches from different directions, meaning you can get into a jam quickly if you're not careful.

Close to the Bay of Fundy here with the worlds biggest tides and people get caught all the time. I just went to come well known cliffs, the rock face was still dripping from the tide and I was three meters below that point!
