Hey all,

Hope everything is well.

Not much to update, more a journal for the thumbs.

What struck me whilst looking for these was just how much narcissism and exhibitionism there is on DA (and, I guess, life itself). Going through the galleries, particularly in the People & Portraits section, I found it somewhat saddening that there is so much photography of a LOOK AT ME!!!! variety trying to masquerade under a very thin veil of 'art'. Looking through some of the comments, most of them of the 'OMG, u r so hotz LOL!!' variety, it struck me that DA should perhaps branch out and set-up a dating agency. We can then keep the artists and the show-offs happy. This isn't meant to sound like a jealousy piece, because it's not - it's more the fact that I hate the way that stuff like that pushes serious work to the sidelines and clogs up the galleries.

On another note, more Holga coming this week.
